Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to join an International Consultancy.

Location: Frankfurt area

Salary: €60.000 – €70.000 basic + 30 days holiday + Bonus + Pension scheme

Job Description

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International Consultancy who are looking to expand their Project Management Team in Frankfurt working on a range of Hochbau fit out and new construction projects.

A Project Manager is responsible for managing a project, or multiple at a time which can cover any of the leitungsphasen 1-9.

Day-to-day duties could include:

· Manging entire project lifecycle, from design to construction

· Coordinating with internal and external teams including service providers

· Cost, quality and time management

· Assisting in the preparation of contract documents

· Risk Management

· Reporting to management / Clients

· Coordinating sub-contracts on site

**Office and site-based role, all projects are based in the Frankfurt area**

Requirements for the role:

· Higher qualifications in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering

· 1+ years previous experience in Project Management

· Legal knowledge of VOB

· Very good knowledge of MS Office

· German and English fluent – written and spoken

· Driving license class B
