Network Engineer - Duisburg (Hybrid) - €70-80k - Permanent

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of both network and security responsibilities in a blended role.
• Lead and support our transition to a Juniper-based network infrastructure.
• Design and implement network segmentation strategies to ensure performance and security.
• Work with reverse and forward proxies (e.g., F5, Citrix Netscaler) to manage secure access and traffic flow.
• Maintain and optimize core services such as DNS, DHCP, IPAM (DDI).
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously improve the health and performance of our network environment.

What You Bring:

• Strong experience in network engineering, ideally in large or complex environments.
• Solid hands-on expertise with Juniper Networks (certifications a plus).
• Proven ability in network segmentation and security practices.
• Experience working with proxy technologies such as F5, Netscaler, or similar.
• Good knowledge of core network services: DNS, DHCP, IPAM/DDI.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid model.
