We're looking for a HR Technology Developer to play a key role in delivering customised Workday applications as part of major HR and organisational change programmes. You'll collaborate with clients across industries to design, build, and implement scalable, secure, and user-friendly Workday solutions.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design and develop Workday Extend applications tailored to client requirements.
• Lead client workshops to explore requirements and present solution options.
• Build technical designs that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Work with Workday Extend, Prism, and integration technologies to deliver end-to-end functionality.
• Contribute to internal development standards and best practices.
• Simplify complex concepts and work closely with non-technical stakeholders.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

• Experience with custom application development and Platform-as-a-Service environments.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and security protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Experience in technical consulting, solution design, or client-facing implementation.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
• Experience in Workday Extend or a strong interest in specialising in this fast-growing area. Experience with similar platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, or ServiceNow is also highly valued.
