We are seeking a dynamic Head of Technology to lead our technology vision, drive transformation, and ensure the resilience and efficiency of our IT and Operational Technology (OT) landscape.

As Head of Technology, you will:

• Set and Deliver Technology Strategy: Define and execute a forward-thinking technology roadmap, aligning IT and OT initiatives with business goals and long-term growth.
• Champion Innovation: Drive digital transformation by leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Ensure Security & Compliance: Oversee robust cybersecurity frameworks and data governance, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443, GDPR, and NIS2).
• Lead Operations: Manage the daily operations of IT and OT systems, ensuring high availability, security, and business continuity.
• Collaborate Across the Business: Work closely with senior leaders, operational teams, and external partners to ensure technology supports business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize Costs: Strategically manage IT assets and services to reduce total cost of ownership while maintaining excellence.
• Support Health & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety and well-being.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• A degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 10 years’ experience in IT, with significant senior leadership in both IT and OT environments.
• A proven record of delivering impactful technology strategies and leading business transformation.
• Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, IEC 62443) and a strong grasp of regulatory requirements (GDPR, NIS2, Utilities Directive).
• Experience in the renewable energy sector or similar regulated industries is a strong plus.
• Previous experience at Head of Function level or equivalent in a comparable organization.
