Hybrid role - Dublin / South Dublin

Duration: 12 Month Contract - Rolling contract

Years Experience - 7 years

Key Deliverables:

• Develop techniques for effective Product Backlog Management.
• Ensure the Scrum Team fully understands goals, scope, and product domains.
• Help the team understand the need for clear, concise Product Backlog Items.
• Promote an understanding of product planning in an empirical environment.
• Support the Product Owner in prioritizing and organizing the backlog to maximize value.
• Identify and remove project impediments to ensure team productivity and performance.
• Guide the development team in creating high-value products.
• Help stakeholders understand and adopt Scrum principles and practices.
• Act as a change agent to improve team productivity and agility.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve Scrum implementation across the organization.
• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) as needed.

Key Experience:

• Proven experience implementing effective Agile measurement and continuous improvement practices.
• Strong ability to organize, moderate, and demonstrate Agile best practices.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing plans, meeting deadlines, and coordinating timelines.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies in large software development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and ability to adapt methodologies to meet team and business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master
• Level 8 Degree - IT
• Agile Trained
• Must have Irish Public Sector Experience
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts within the team.
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
