Project Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services organisation for a Senior Project Manager to support a key strategic transformation initiative. This role will play a central part in the execution of an organisational restructure, involving the alignment and integration of multiple business entities into a single, streamlined operating model.

This is a high-profile programme with cross-divisional impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and leading multiple concurrent workstreams, engaging with senior leaders across business units, and ensuring timely delivery of programme objectives in line with governance standards.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic business change initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders across the business, promoting effective communication and collaboration at all levels
• Structure and manage cross-functional workstreams, aligning resources and priorities to ensure successful execution of programme milestones
• Define and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, critical paths, risks, and dependencies
• Monitor and control project budgets, timelines, and deliverables, providing regular status updates to senior stakeholders and governance forums
• Implement appropriate project governance, reporting structures, and quality assurance processes
• Ensure effective project closure and benefits realisation, conducting post-implementation reviews and capturing lessons learned

✅ Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in complex, regulated corporate environments
• Strong background in strategic transformation, ideally with experience in M&A integration, organisational restructuring, or cross-entity alignment projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, multi-workstream programmes with cross-divisional visibility
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills — capable of influencing at all levels, from executive to operational
• Proficient in structured project management methodologies; certification in PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent is highly desirable
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and operate with a high degree of autonomy
