Responsibilities
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to build client and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience leading HR programs and initiatives.
- Experience in HR, people programs, or other people related roles.
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
- Ability to work within constraints.
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics such as performance enablement, team/manager/leader effectiveness, career development, and navigating transitions.
- Contribute to deployment of HR programs and processes for a business area, product area, or market via dynamic consultations.
- Identify, recommend, and advance long-term, scalable and simplified solutions to drive continuous improvements in people processes, asking for input or buy-in from leaders when needed.
- Identify key business/product or market areas and stakeholders to build networks and contribute to cross-team collaboration.
