Operations Analyst (Internship)

This internship aims to deliver practical experience and valuable insights into operational analysis, project management, and process enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational videos to detect errors or inconsistencies in blade applications
Identify and document any process deviations, defects, or unusual behaviors observed
Create structured daily or weekly reports summarizing key findings
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to clarify identified issues
Maintain an organized log of video reviews and an archive of reports
Ensure timely reporting to support both field operations and R&D teams

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools and report templates
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify minor errors and inconsistencies in video footage
Advantageous to have proficiency in mechanical or blade application processes
Advantageous to have basic image and video editing skills for visual reports
Proficiency in English and Latvian
