Operations Finance Analyst

AERONES is looking for a proactive and analytical Operations Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will focus on providing insights and analysis to support key operational decisions, improve efficiency, and drive financial performance. You'll collaborate closely with various departments, helping to bridge the gap between finance and operations.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and operational metrics to provide insights into business performance
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with operational goals
Develop financial models and reporting tools to enhance decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on financial performance and operational metrics
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely analysis to support strategic initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, operations finance, or a similar role
Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial modeling and reporting
Knowledge of financial systems and ERP software; experience with NetSuite is a plus
Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-making
Project management experience is a plus
