Chief Accountant

Our global team spreads across 12 countries and 4 continents, bringing together diverse expertise and perspectives. We are now seeking an experienced Chief Accountant who embraces challenges and is ready to take ownership of key financial processes on an international scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, control, and optimise the accounting processes for a group of companies in Lithuania and in cooperation with external accounting partners from international offices.
• Prepare financial statements following Lithuanian Business Accounting Standards (LR VAS);
• Prepare and submit tax declarations including VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax, etc..
• Prepare and submit mandatory reports to government authorities (Tax Inspectorate, Sodra, Center of Registers, etc.);
• Prepare management reports, perform financial analysis, and provide financial data to support decision-making processes;
• Collaborate with colleagues in Lithuania, international offices, and external auditors to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations.

What We Expect from You:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of the Lithuanian tax system, including VAT, corporate tax, payroll, and related areas.
• Experience in preparing financial reports under LR VAS.
• A university degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Proficiency in accounting software (we use Dynamics 365 Business Central).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Russian would be an advantage.
• A strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
