Full Stack Software Engineer

We are looking for a colleague to join our team in Kaunas or Vilnius office. We expect to meet at the office 3 days a week.

In this role, you will:

• Build new features and products for our affiliates;
• Maintain and enhance existing APIs;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration;
• Support existing affiliate integrations;
• Follow KPIs (revenue, sessions, etc.) and be part of the data driven decision making process;
• Locate and eliminate sources of recurring issues.
  
  
  

Please apply if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in Web Development;
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Front End technologies: TypeScript, React, Redux, CSS (Sass or Less);
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Back End technologies: Java, Spring, MySQL;
• Strong programming fundamentals and understanding of software design principles;
• Strong knowledge of OOP patterns and API design;
• Experience writing unit and E2E tests;
• Openness to technical improvements across all layers (UI, backend, SQL, Elastic, etc.);
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
• Fluent English communication skills;
• Skills to debug effectively in a full-stack environment.

Compensation

Base pay: from 2700 EUR up to 3990 EUR gross monthly.

In addition:

• Significant yearly bonuses, approx 10 percent of annual salary.
• Booking Holdings RSU (Restricted Stock Units) package, worth 20000 USD gross, with possibility to receive yearly refreshes.
