We're Hiring: OpenShift Administrator – Lithuania (Remote/Hybrid)
A new opportunity has opened up for an experienced OpenShift Administrator with solid Kubernetes expertise. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about container platforms, automation, and modern infrastructure solutions.
📍 Location: Lithuania (Remote or Hybrid)
- Proven hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification
- Experience with CI/CD tools like ArgoCD and GitLab
- Terraform for infrastructure as code and automation
- Familiarity with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana
- Install, upgrade, and manage OpenShift clusters
- Work with Docker and other container technologies
- Understand and leverage cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Design and support highly available and scalable systems
- Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and backup solutions
- Automate routine tasks and deployment processes
- Handle security, RBAC, networking, and storage in OpenShift/Kubernetes
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive incident resolution
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exposure to infrastructure and platform components such as middleware, messaging, and routing
