Your responsibilities will include:

• Implement UX research processes and methodologies to enhance the digital customer journey on our website

• Utilize a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to gain deeper insights into our clients’ digital needs and online behaviors

• Select the most suitable testing methods for each project based on specific goals

• Conduct exploratory research to gather insights by employing User Interviews, Card Sorting, Surveys, and other methods

• Prepare Preference Testing, Surveys and Usability test studies, customer interviews for design validation together with cross functional team

• Analyze research findings and prepare reports to communicate insights and recommendations to the team

Come prepared

We expect you have:

• Experience in UX research or a related field

• Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies

• Portfolio showcasing the most significant projects.

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights

• Understanding user needs and business goals.

• Communication, presentation skills with ability to effectively convey research findings in English language

Nice to have:

• Experience in creating wireframes/designs and prototypes for mobile and web applications

• Perform benchmark and best-practice analysis to develop in-depth knowledge of key product trends and competitive landscape
