For our department HR Projects & Metrics within LuxairGroup, we are looking for a (an):

Internship Project Management (m/f/x)

Main duties:

  • Integrate the dedicated HR Project team managing the planning and time management tool (ATOSS), the Talent Management System (Recruitment, Training, Competencies – Cornerstone), the Enterprise Resource Planning system (SAP HR+ PAY), the E-file (Easy DMS) as well as the reporting tools (SAP BW) and the Org Chart (OrgPublisher)
  • Create ad-hoc reports and regularly update recurring reports to support ongoing business needs
  • Understand the company’s structure and the internal Business Units’ organization
  • Participate in different on going projects (Competency model, Intranet, Interfaces implementation between tools…)
  • Make presentations to the steering committees of the projects and support team with Go Live of new projects

Required profile:

Minimum required criteria:

  • Ideally finalizing his studies in Business Administration or Management (type: Business School, ESC, HEC, BWL…), and have specialization in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive change within assigned tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
  • Have excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Be comfortable and confident when working with different IT systems (web based tools, HRIS, MS Office) and show strong interest in learning and exploring IT solutions related to HR
  • Show excellent communication skills in English, as well as skills in French and/or German
  • Detail and client-oriented, and proactive in identifying improvements
