Our client, a leading financial services institution based in Luxembourg, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their dynamic team on a contract basis, initially for six months with a view for extending up to twelve. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional to contribute in a generalist capacity, partnering with the business and supporting a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across departments
- Deliver hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
- Ensure HR practices align with CSSF and CRR regulatory requirements and internal governance
- Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning
- Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to uphold best HR practices
- Lead or contribute to HR projects including policy updates, training, and diversity & inclusion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally within the financial services sector
- In-depth understanding of CSSF and CRR regulatory framework
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg labor law and employment practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a hands-on, adaptable approach
- Fluency in English is essential
