HR/Administrative Assistant Trainee
(F/M) (for six months from September)
The position is located in Luxembourg with contacts with colleagues based abroad.
Your main responsibilities as HR Trainee & Administrative Assistant
The missions of the HR Team consist of supporting the development of the human components of the company, implementing HR initiatives, promoting a positive company culture and contributing to make the company a better place to work.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join the Luxembourg Human Resources team as an intern. (6 months internship)
You will leverage your communication and organisational skills, take initiatives, come up with new HR ideas and complete assigned tasks on multiple HR topics…
Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner and the Executive Assistant , your missions will include:
HR part:
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR Business Partner by supporting the day-to-day HR activities and answer employees queries;
- Support our HR Team in various tasks within the employees’ life cycle such as:
Recruitment process (create and publish job offers, review resumes, schedule interviews and provide feedback)
On-boarding process for new hires
Learning & Development (assist with employees’ orientation, support training requests, deal with internal/external providers, monitor the completion level of staff training)
Compensation & benefits
- Act as a main contact for interns within our local organization by creating and managing a community
- Support the Social Committee by organizing events
- Take ownership and actively involve yourself in HR projects (e.g in the area of employees’ relation, employer branding, HR communication, HR initiatives…)
Administration part:
- Help in the management of agendas of C-level executives
- Help in the organisation of business trips
- Various administrative/support tasks when needed to support the Executive Assistant/Office Manager
- Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors when necessary
Your profile
Student in Bachelor degree /Master degree in Human Resources (enrolment in a university/school is mandatory)
Fluent in French and English; any other language is considered as an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Autonomous, rigorous, proactive and very well organized
- Natural aptitude for solving problems
- Ability to develop and adapt processes
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point…)
