VELVET FLARE, a distinguished digital arts and immersive projects studio based in Luxembourg, is actively seeking a XR PROJECT MANAGER to join its dynamic team. The studio is working on high-end artistic and immersive creations for international culture and entertainment markets.

Position Overview
Type: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week) with a 6-month probationary period.
Location: Oberkorn (Luxembourg). This role requires an in-office presence.
Start Date: Immediate.
Main Responsibilities
As our XR Project Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for both our customers, our partners and the team (Art / Dev). You will coordinate internal resources and external resources for the flawless execution of projects.
Your primary duties will include:
- Develop multiple detailed project plan to monitor and track progress which in turn will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule using appropriate verification techniques
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Report on progress of projects / change initiatives to the Head of the Studio
- Foster a collaborative, fair and efficient work environment

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in XR, animation or video game studios / production companies, with a strong focus on international productions and cross-border collaborations
- Demonstrated ability in managing both on-site and remote teams, showcasing exceptional organisational, detail-oriented, and multitasking skills
- Experience in agile project management methodologies is advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills internally and externally
- Fluent in both English and French, German is a plus
