WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

Forms is an important strategic initiative for content automation group and Box in general. We are building initial version of product to be released towards end of calendar year 2024. Post initial release, we will be shifting in integrating forms with other Box products including Relay, DocGen, integrations, sign, etc. This is a multi year initiative to boost adoption of Box with our customers.

This is a hybrid role based in our Amsterdam office and would require coming into the office at least 2x per week.

What You'll Do

• You’ll be a part of the team to build, improve and support Forms implementation
• Get to work with cutting-edge technologies that are defining the future of the cloud.
• Team up with other engineers to foster solid engineering principles and represent our engineering values.
• Utilize both your technical and interpersonal skills to lead large scale projects to completion.
• Collaborate, influence and drive for improvement across scrum teams.
• Model solid engineering practices around architectural design, testability, scalability and maintainability.
• Partner with product managers, designers and other cross-functional stakeholders to align on requirements and understand how your work will impact the business.
  
  

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of professional software development experience in an object-oriented or functional programming language, ideally in Java, other languages are welcomed too.
• You are a problem solver and you look for a team of like-minded people.
• You like to be an owner and strive to do work you're proud of, both technically and in your team interactions.
• You appreciate an efficient developer environment.
• You are passionate about solving hard technical problems.
• You inspire other people to work with you and enjoy mentoring, coaching and learning from other engineers.
