What You’ll Do

  • Translate business needs into prompts and LLM workflows
  • Prototype with LangChain/LangGraph (RAG, tool-calling agents)
  • Measure and optimize latency, accuracy, and cost
  • Write Python “glue” code to integrate pipelines into services Work with PMs and ML architects to ship features
  • Stay current on LLM research and share learnings

Who You Are

  • Passionate about LLMs and GenAI (projects, blog posts, papers)
  • Strong Python skills and prompt-engineering patterns (few-shot, RAG, function-calling)
  • Able to balance latency, quality, and cost trade-offs
  • Good at explaining technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Enrolled in or recently completed (BSc/MSc in CS, Data Science, Info Mgmt) or equivalent experience

Nice to Have

  • Eval frameworks (LangSmith, RAGAS)
  • Vector DBs (Qdrant, Pinecone, Milvus)
  • Cloud GPUs or Triton inference
  • Open-source LLM contributions
