Your Role

We are seeking to hire experienced Scrum Masters to facilitate Agile development processes within a client in the Energy sector. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the team follows Agile principles, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to help the team deliver high-quality products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews;
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles;
• Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress;
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog;
• Foster a self-organizing, high-performing team culture;
• Track team performance metrics and drive continuous improvements;
• Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile methodologies.
  
  

Your Profile

• Academic background in IT Engineering or in a related field;
• At least 3 years of proven experience in the role of a Scrum Master;
• Expertise in Jira and Confluence;
• Scrum Master certification is mandatory (e.g PSM-I ; CSM);
• Knowledge of other methodologies and frameworks (e.g Waterfall) and respective certifications are valued (e.g. PMP, CAPM);
• Strong communication skills;
• Solid proficiency in English (spoken and written).
