Your Mission Will Be

• Ensure the Product Owner organizes the backlog to maximize value delivery;
• Support the Product Owner in effective product backlog management;
• Understand and contribute to product planning within the given environment;
• Proactively identify and remove impediments, whether technical, organizational or interpersonal.
  
  

You Will Need

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent);
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks (solid understanding of Scrum, XP, and Kanban);
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
  
  

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience in software development.
