Your role

  • Keeping our offices tidy and beautiful to foster creative work environment
  • Coordinating with external services (cleaning, courier,…)
  • Welcoming our guests
  • Preparing conference rooms for the meetings
  • Purchasing healthy plant-based food and drinks, and other office supplies
  • Taking care of sustainable gifts for internal and external colleagues
  • Helping in organization of team-building events
  • Organizing business trips
  • Handling various administrative tasks
  • Work in sync with Login5 Foundation’s values and vision

Your Experiences And Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills, a proactive attitude with a high degree of personal ownership
  • Quick to adjust to different challenges and finding solutions
  • Paying attention to the details
  • Valid B-category driver’s license
