Mission:

You will be part of the Wealth Management - Business Monitoring team.

Main responsibilities

12-months graduate program within different Wealth Management teams to discover and gain a broad overview of Business Monitoring.

Rotation

Rotation 1: Business Monitoring team, 3 months, Geneva

Rotation 2: Investment Services COO team, 3 months, Geneva

Rotation 3: IT Digital, Innovation and Data team, 3 months, Geneva

Rotation 4: Wealth Management desk, to be defined

• As part of one of the most transversal activities within Wealth management, and after an initial period within the team, you will be building knowledge and experience across Investments and COO functions of the Bank as a necessary step to fully understand the activity framework.

• Within Business Monitoring team you will be performing first line of controls as per the Management & Functional Controls framework but also designing, implementing, and monitoring specific action plans and projects aiming at reducing residual risk for the Bank.

• As the control framework is continuously evolving, you will be identifying areas for improvement in existing procedures and processes and in controls performance, considering the evolution and digitalization both on the client side and internally.
