Job Purpose

Are you looking for a career opportunity within a dynamic and constantly growing multinational environment? Do you have a passion for Finance and would like to develop in a Factory environment? Then this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creates suppliers in the company's electronic systems and provides support to colleagues and the supplier in the registration process
  • Provides support to colleagues for the platforms: Coupa, DCIW, SAP and is acting as the contact person for external financial partners
  • Prepares and sends requests for sales invoices and checks their process until obtaining ID_Anaf
  • Checks the balances of accrual accounts at the end of the month
  • Validates payments in the system, raises requests for urgent payments and sends manual payments
  • Requests accruals from each department monthly, and records them
  • Manages SPV system: notifications, expense account, downloads invoices etc
  • Provides support to R2R team to ensure correct allocation on GL codes and cost centers of the payments and cash receipts
  • Provides support in audits
  • Send account reconciliation requests to external financial partners
  • Provides support in collecting accounting information in order to prepare various financial and management reports necessary for business decisions.

What You Need To Succeed

SKILLS: fluent in English and Romanian; good digital skills; knowledge in SAP system represents an advantage; adaptable, organized, good communication skills and an analytical thinker

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: Educational background in Finance; minimum+2 years working experience in Finance.

LEADERSHIP: Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
