Your role:

• Design and implement end-to-end observability strategies (monitoring, logging, tracing)
• Configure and optimize tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry, or equivalent
• Define and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to instrument services for better insight and alerting
• Implement and optimize AIOps platforms (e.g., BMC Helix, Moogsoft, Dynatrace, or equivalent)
• Integrate data from various monitoring and incident sources to enable advanced analytics
• Enable anomaly detection, predictive alerting, and root cause analysis using AI/ML techniques
• Develop and tune automation rules for incident correlation and auto-remediation

Your profile:

• Strong experience with observability stacks (e.g., Grafana, Elastic, Datadog, Dynatrace, etc.)
• Knowledge of cloud-native monitoring (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with alert correlation and noise reduction
• Familiarity with service topology and dependency mapping
• Proven experience with AIOps platforms and their configuration
• Understanding of machine learning principles applied to IT operations
• Experience in integrating with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
• Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business goals into AIOps use cases
