With us you can:

• design innovative overall solutions and drive their implementation.
• Collect and document requirements with the customer.
• Lead and take responsibility for product backlogs.
• Coordinate and plan product releases with customers.
• motivate our development team with your visionary nature and lead them professionally.
• Accept the results in Sprint Reviews and provide important inputs for process improvement in Sprint Retrospectives.

Among other things, you are familiar with:

• Scrum methodology
• Hermes (optional)
• Enterprise Architect for Requirements Engineering
• Azure DevOps/TFS

Important requirements

• availability to work hybrid from our office in Cluj with periodical trips to Switzerland
• OR availability to relocate to our office in Aarau, Switzerland

We expect from you

• enthusiastic personality with enthusiasm for teamwork, initiative and quality
• Proven professional experience as a product owner and/or university degree in the field of computer science, business informatics or business administration (desirable)
• Field-proven experience in requirements engineering and solution design
• very good skills in conception and its methodology
• Good understanding of software engineering in an agile context
• Rapid comprehension of business requirements
• Targeted communication with your stakeholders
