Tasks
You will be responsible for optimizing product operations, managing projects, and ensuring the smooth running of our support and testing processes. You will play a key role in overseeing the quality assurance of our services, managing interfaces with document editors, and handling release execution.
- Oversee and further develop our testing team in India to ensure high-quality product outputs
- Be responsible for our support organization and its process flows, ensuring excellent service delivery and continuous management
- Act as the main point of contact and manage relationships with document editors, ensuring smooth and effective communication
- Manage the release processes, ensuring the timely and efficient roll-out of new product updates and features in alignment with Product and Project Steering
- Provide and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation related to the product and its operations
- Lead various cross-functional projects, ensuring effective coordination and successful project delivery on time and within scope

- Min 3 years of relevant experience (e.g. product operations, project management or similar roles)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead projects to successful completion
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage interfaces with various stakeholders
- Advantageous: Knowledge of document management systems
- Advantageous: Experience with testing and DevOps processes
- Advantageous: Experience working in aviation industry
- Fluent in German and English
