Program Manager

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and handover of projects and processes. This includes driving continuous improvements across various fields, as well as providing ad-hoc advisory and guidance to stakeholders on execution best practices.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Collaborate with Technical Program Managers, Product Managers, Engineering Teams, UX, Analytical leads, and other functions to ensure successful delivery of planned projects.
• Develop and maintain plans and trackers, run effective meetings, and clearly organize and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to key stakeholders.
• Implement project management tools and processes to streamline development velocity and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Experienced Program Manager (approximately 5-10 years of relevant work experience), preferably with a background as a Technical Program Manager.
• Skilled in partnering with Product and Engineering teams and working in a cross-functional setup, including UX, Analysts, Business Development, Marketing, Legal, and Operations.
• Demonstrated communication skills across a varied stakeholder set, including communicating both upwards and to the teams.
• Understands the software product lifecycle and program structuring through phases: Ideation, UX and UXR, Setting Program Objectives, Workstreams, Milestones, Tracking development, Testing, Rollout, etc
