We’re looking for a visionary Head of Scientists to lead the pre-clinical research strategy. You’ll oversee multiple therapeutic areas, with a strong focus on neuroscience and cardiometabolism. This is a senior leadership role for someone ready to shape impactful, translational research in the FMCG industry.

🔬 Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead scientific strategy across health and disease programs.
• Guide high-impact research in neuroscience, cardiometabolic diseases & oral health.
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of scientists.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and scientific communication.
• Represent science internally and externally, including with KOLs.

✅ What You’ll Need

• PhD
• 12+ years of preclinical or translational research experience.
• Deep expertise in both neuroscience and cardiometabolism.
• Preferred expertise in pharmacology.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional research teams.
• Strong communication and strategic planning skills.
• Fluent in English.
