GenAI Technology Consultant/Architect

If so, then EPAM is looking for a hands-on Technology Consultant – Architect who is passionate about GenAI and Data in general, to be part of the continued strong growth of our team in Sweden and be part of a strategic and critical program in GenAI transformation area, end-to-end, for an important client in automotive & construction equipment sector.

In this role, you will be accountable for assisting our client with multiple critical technology and architectural decisions, advising and guiding them, as well as advising and guiding EPAM team in the area of Data, AI & GenAI. You will be working alongside globally renowned and award-winning design, development and technology teams who are passionate about what they do and how they do it. You will play a key role in building strong business and technology relationships and take a ‘hands-on’ approach to define, deliver and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

This role requires presence in the client's office in Gothenburg 2-3 days per week.


Responsibilities

• Head the account's Data, AI and GenAI architecture and engineering capability and work on critical strategic projects to enable the client to establish and scale a state-of-the-art GenAI platform
• Manage architecture engagements, identify and design solutions, oversee major transformation through execution phases
• Create and present deep technical architecture documents to the relevant teams
• Partner with internal and client senior technical leaders and wider global architects/engineers as part of your broader remit
• Direct our technology consultancy efforts by creating and presenting POCs, driving architecture proposals, as well as providing pre-sales and RFP support
• Maintain a strong understanding of technical solutions and architecture design trends and best practices and stay abreast of cutting-edge data technologies
• Share experience, knowledge and vision with EPAM colleagues and client teams
• Participate in seminars, meetups, mentoring, training programs
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant work experience
• Extensive knowledge and experience in GenAI, AI/ML, its principles, relevant technologies, GenAI evangelist and promoter
• Data Architect & Data Technology Consultant with extensive experience in setting up and managing various data platforms on Azure (and optionally AWS/Google)
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Databricks
• Fluent English speaker with Swedish being a strong advantage
