Project Overview

Join our Rite NRG team as a Frontend Developer (React + Next.js) and help shape a core digital platform for one of the UK’s leading insurance and roadside assistance providers.

Our team is working on the customer portal - a self-service solution used by all policyholders to manage their insurance, update details, access documents, and explore additional coverage options.

We focus specifically on user retention - delivering features that encourage customers to stay, renew, and remain actively engaged. It’s a high-impact area with direct influence on business performance. A large, cross-functional team maintains the portal and continually evolves to serve millions of users more effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive, accessible frontend components using React and Next.js
• Collaborate closely with backend developers and designers to create seamless user experiences
• Optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and SEO
• Implement modern styling with Tailwind CSS and manage component libraries
• Take part in code reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and CI/CD integration
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend trends and best practices

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of experience as a Frontend Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Proficiency in building SSR/SSG apps with Next.js
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and CI/CD workflows
• Team-oriented, proactive, and quality-focused mindset
• Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1)
