We are seeking a Product Manager to support the execution and growth of our product portfolio. Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping product initiatives, defining roadmaps, and collaborating across teams to drive success. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Operations to deliver impactful solutions. While experience in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce is a plus, a strong foundation in product management and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
Your role:
- Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-release optimization.
- Support the definition and execution of a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Leverage data-driven insights to help guide decision-making and ensure continuous product improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support product innovation.
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases to align with business objectives and user expectations.
- Manage and maintain the product backlog, facilitating refinement and ensuring clear acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategies, working with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership, providing updates on progress, challenges, and key decisions.
- Identify potential adoption challenges and work proactively to mitigate risks and optimize product performance.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of contributing to successful product launches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and adoption tracking.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration between Engineering, Design, and Operations.
- Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making, using insights to prioritize product direction.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Fluency in French (as a plus).
