Why This Role Matters

As a Product Designer at Vonage, you will be responsible for crafting user-centered designs that help solve real business and user challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive and delightful experiences across multiple platforms. You will work on a variety of design projects, from concept to execution, ensuring designs meet both user needs and business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and create design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Participate in user research and use feedback to improve designs.
Help develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented well.
Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
Stay updated on design trends and tools to improve user experiences.

What You'll Bring

2-4 years of product design experience with a solid portfolio.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma or similar.
Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
Ability to work well with product managers, developers, and other designers.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Experience We Consider a Plus

Experience with mobile and web design, especially in cloud communications, SaaS, or enterprise products.
Experience in contact center solutions and customer-facing apps.
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
AI knowledge and an understanding of how AI can enhance user experience and product design.
