What is the Main Aim of This Position?


To manage and optimize all technology solutions used by the field sales teams, including sales representatives, managers, supervisors, and merchandisers. This role oversees the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of digital tools supporting order-taking and in-store execution processes to drive productivity, enhance retail execution, and streamline sales operations. The Digital Field Force Solutions Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure that the field force has the right technology to meet business objectives and delivers solutions that are user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.


What We Expect From You?


  • To lead the end-to-end management, implementation, and optimization of all digital solutions used by the field force, including Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools, order-taking systems, and in-store execution applications.
  • To collaborate with global sales, marketing, IT, and other business units to understand field personnel needs and deliver technology solutions that enhance efficiency and sales effectiveness.
  • To ensure seamless integration between field force applications (e.g., CRM, inventory management systems) and core business platforms.
  • To oversee the training and onboarding of field personnel to maximize the adoption and effective use of digital solutions,
  • To analyze field force data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement through technology,
  • To manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the reliability and scalability of field force solutions,
  • To monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work with technical support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
  • To stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and recommend innovative solutions that drive sales efficiency and retail execution excellence.
  • To lead system upgrades, testing, and rollouts, ensuring all tools remain up-to-date and meet evolving business requirements.
  • To provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on field force performance and the impact of technology solutions.


Why You?


•If you hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field,

• Preferably if you have at least 10 years of experience in managing digital solutions, with a focus on field sales operations and technology,

•If you have program/project management skills, with the ability to handle large-scale technology rollouts,

• If you have proven track record in implementing and optimizing Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools, CRM systems, and other sales-related technologies,

•If you have strong understanding of field sales processes, merchandising, and in-store execution,

•If you can manage multiple vendors and technology partners to ensure solution reliability and scalability,

•If you have an ability to manage multiple vendors and technology providers to ensure smooth operations,

•If you have familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics for field operations,

•If you have worked in the FMCG or retail industry, with hands-on experience in field sales technology solutions,

•If you have knowledge of mobile technologies and user-friendly interface design.
