As an AI ML Developer, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution committed to digital transformation and innovation in financial services. You will play a key role in advancing their cutting-edge AI initiatives by designing and deploying generative AI models that enhance their CME Platform. By leveraging your expertise in deep learning, NLP, and scalable model deployment, you are contributing to the creation of intelligent systems that support strategic business goals and improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Your main responsibilities:

• Designing and developing generative AI models using advanced deep learning techniques
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production workflows
• Optimizing model architectures and training pipelines for performance and efficiency
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to AI models and data pipelines
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for AI solutions
• Communicating complex AI concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Applying best practices in data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Conducting research and testing of emerging generative techniques and tools
• Ensuring scalability and reliability of deployed AI models in cloud environments
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI models post-deployment

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural network architectures
• Demonstrated experience with generative models including GANs and VAEs
• Proven ability to design and deploy scalable AI systems in production
• Advanced skills in NLP and text generation
• Familiarity with AI model deployment in Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Solid experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking capabilities
• Experience with model optimization and performance tuning
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in diverse team

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field
• Certifications in AI or machine learning technologies
• Knowledge of ethical AI principles and implementation strategies
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
• Experience working in financial services or regulated industries
