Job Description
Your daily tasks:
- Support the Design Team & Game Director in creation, implementation and balancing of new gameplay elements for Dying Light universe and unannounced new IPs.
- Designing new content and mechanics under the guidance of Senior Designers.
- Supporting implementation of designed features in a structured manner, from prototyping through iterations and balancing to finally delivering the gameplay experienceCreating and updating clear and consistent design documentation used by members of the development team and supporting teams.
- Reporting progress, setbacks and possible solutions to the Lead Game Designer and other members of the design team.
- Being a good spirit of the team.
- Passion for creating games.
- Proactivity and initiative to solve problems.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Determination and persistence when facing obstacles.
- Eagerness to learn and improve continuously within our tools, techniques, and industry practices.
- Very good communication and collaboration skills.

- Previous experience in a similar role.
