Scrum Master

Trilogy Korn Ferry are looking for a freelance/B2B Scrum Master/Agile Coach to work on an initial 6 month project with a strong chance of extension.

The position is primarily remote from EU with travel up to twice per month to the client offices in Germany or Spain. Travel expenses are covered.

Requirement summary/useful info:

• English required
• 4y+ Experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Experience working with NON-software development squads preferred
• B2B rates are aimed at EEC/Iberian markets and will NOT be attractive to consultants based in the more expensive contract markets across Europe.
• You must be based in the EU and be able to work as a freelancer/B2B to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews)
• Coach team members on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-maintained product backlog
• Track and report key Agile metrics to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
