We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our Call Center Development Team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree on related fields (preferably computer engineering or industrial engineering),
• Ability of analytic thinking and problem solving,
• Good follower of new trends and approaches, willing to learn,
• Solution-focused and skilled in teamwork,
• Ability to detect problems and developing solutions,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Keen on following new trends and approaches; eager to learn,
• Team-oriented with a solution-focused mindset,
• Proficiency in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Taking the responsibility in software development processes as a Business Analyst by adapting the software development methods and processes of Yapı Kredi Technology.
• Collaborating with business units to align with business requirements.
• Designing business processes, performing functional and technical analyses
• Preparing test scenarios and running integration, functional, regression tests to identify defects
• Coordinating the user acceptance tests
• Maintaining existing systems and products, analyzing and solving problems
• Working closely with clients, developers and managerial staff
• Managing the project's scope, handling new changes and their effects
• Adding value to the organization by discovering new fields of improvement
