About The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst focused on the insurance sector at Softeta, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your expertise will support various insurance operations, enabling the company to enhance its services and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders;
• Migrate reports from SAS VA to Power BI with data stored in Snowflake and Databricks. You will be advising and guiding report developers on building reports;
• Propose the best practices of the combined entity (access management, deployment, naming, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making;
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through systematic quality checks
  
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets;
• Proficient in SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake and Data Fabric;
• Experience with Azure is a plus;
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
