We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with proficiency in both front-end and back-end development technologies who is fluent in Arabic. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality software solutions to support our growing business needs. This role requires working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, developing innovative and scalable applications, and continuously enhancing existing systems. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a deep understanding of modern web development practices, cloud-based solutions, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition to technical skills, effective communication and collaboration in both Arabic and English is essential, as you will be working with teams across different regions to ensure coherent project delivery and support. We are looking for a driven individual with a commitment to lifelong learning and an enthusiastic attitude toward technology and creative challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications with robust back-end support system.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure app functionality aligns with requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best coding practices and standards.
• Continuously enhance application features based on feedback and new requirements.
• Ensure cross-platform optimization and mobile responsiveness of web applications.
• Conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application capabilities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, workflows, and project specifications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into application design.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project scoping and strategic discussions.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment and streamline CI/CD practices.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers and new team members.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in a dynamic development team.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong expertise in back-end programming languages and database management.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English for effective communication.
• Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS or Microsoft Azure, for deployment.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development.
