As a Mobile Technician, your primary role will be to diagnose, repair, and maintain mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in mobile phone repair and technical support roles.
• Strong understanding of mobile operating systems like iOS and Android.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose hardware problems.
• Good communication skills and capability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and repair equipment for mobile devices.
