Retail Graphic Designer – Harry Potter

Miral Experiences is seeking a highly skilled Retail Graphic Designer to join our Retail Shared Services team as we prepare to launch the iconic Harry Potter World in Abu Dhabi.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and development of multi-category merchandise and packaging that captures the essence of the Harry Potter brand, enhances the guest experience, and aligns with global IP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design innovative, high-quality retail products and packaging across multiple categories
• Conduct trend and market research to inform product design and development
• Collaborate with internal teams (Merchandising, Operations, VM) and external IP partners to ensure creative alignment
• Maintain consistency with Harry Potter brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to execution in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic/Product Design or a related field
• 5–7 years’ experience in graphic/product design within a retail or consumer goods environment
• Proven experience working with licensed IPs (Harry Potter experience is highly desirable)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), CAD tools, and sketching
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and stakeholder management skills
