We currently have an opportunity for a Junior IT Support Consultant to join our Dubai team. This role offers the opportunity to build hands-on experience across a wide range of IT support functions, contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, and grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

What You'll Bring

• Proven ability to provide Level 1 IT support for on-site and remote users, with a focus on timely issue resolution.
• Experience using ticketing systems and escalating complex issues where appropriate.
• Familiarity with IT systems including CITRIX, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Server 2022, and Office 365.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and a willingness to contribute to audits and awareness activities.
• Confidence in setting up and maintaining workstations and applying software updates and patches.
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills with a customer service mindset.
• A proactive and curious approach, eager to learn and improve IT services using ITIL practices.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, with certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, or ITIL V4 seen as a bonus.
