User Experience Designer

What You’ll Do

• Design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Translate research and user feedback into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Conduct and apply findings from user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and journey mapping
• Lead and contribute to design thinking workshops to solve real user problems
• Create clean, functional UI designs aligned with design systems and accessibility standards
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and researchers in agile sprint cycles
• Communicate design ideas clearly across both technical and non-technical stakeholders

You Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or Interaction Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in user-centered design, prototyping, and problem-solving
• Hands-on experience with Figma and prototyping tools
• Proficiency in embedded GUI design, user journey mapping, wireframing, and responsive design
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and workflows into intuitive user interfaces
• Comfort working in agile, iterative environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English required)
• Bonus: Experience with Python, C++, or an understanding of network protocols
