Job Summary: Intermediate to Senior UI/UX Designer – Job Description About the Role We’re looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to help us craft intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in turning complex requirements into thoughtful, human-centered designs that drive business and user outcomes. As an Intermediate to Senior designer, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, strategists, and other designers — from concept through to execution. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end user experiences for web and/or mobile applications Translate product goals and user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI Conduct and/or leverage user research, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions Create and maintain design systems, UI kits, and documentation Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation Advocate for user needs and accessibility at every stage of the design process Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders Mentor junior designers and contribute to evolving team design practices Requirements 4–7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, especially complex or scalable interfaces Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) Experience with user-centered design methods, including research and prototyping Solid understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and accessibility Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to give and receive constructive feedback Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments Nice to Have Experience designing for enterprise platforms or complex systems Familiarity with motion/animation tools (e.g. After Effects, Principle) Exposure to design thinking workshops or facilitation Experience working with global or cross-functional teams What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits Collaborative, values-driven culture Opportunities for growth, learning, and mentorship A chance to shape meaningful products that impact real users The pay range for this role is CAD $75000 - CAD $ 90000* per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
