What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the team in optimizing mobile performance, enhancing speed, efficiency, and overall user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance optimization into the development process.
• Identify team goals and monitor progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Demonstrate proficiency in planning to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
• Implement strategies to develop team strengths and improve weaknesses to ensure overall team growth.
  
  
  

What We Look For In You

• Proven expertise in optimizing mobile performance with a focus on lag optimization, memory optimization, I/O optimization, startup time optimization, and other related areas.
• Rich experience and capability in constructing and refining performance monitoring systems, including but not limited to: designing and implementing monitoring metrics, establishing alert mechanisms, optimizing performance analysis tools, and formulating performance optimization strategies.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and tools, such as Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, etc.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively collaborate with multiple teams.
• Keen awareness of new technologies and industry trends, and ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with automated performance testing frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of hybrid mobile app development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
• Understanding of mobile app security principles and best practices.
