DevOps Manager

We are looking for a DevOps Manager to lead automation, infrastructure, and deployment efforts for mission-critical C3 systems. You will work closely with solution architects, project managers, and development teams to enhance DevOps processes in the defence, government, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead DevOps teams to automate and improve development, testing, and release processes.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and protection against cybersecurity threats.
• Identify technical issues and implement updates and fixes.
• Collaborate with software developers to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Plan and make project management decisions related to DevOps.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a DevOps Manager or in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in GitLab, Confluence workflow, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Strong coding skills in C++, Java, Ruby, or Python.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset.
• Experience in developing applications for local government and defence sectors.
