Network Infrastructure Specialist (LAN/WIFI)

This role offers an exciting opportunity to design, configure and manage our complex airport-wide campus network, ensuring seamless support for corporate and airport operation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategize and develop technical roadmaps, maintenance contracts, tech refresh, and implementation plans.

• Collaborate with various airport stakeholders to develop business cases for new projects.

• Engage with internal and external vendors to review and propose technical solutions and key performance indicators.

• Lead and manage 24/7 operations, incident handling, maintenance, compliance, and renewal of ICT infrastructure.

• Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency of ICT Infrastructure (Wired/Wireless).

• Perform continuous improvement efforts by reviewing and enhancing business and ICT processes.

• Manage consultants, contractors, and systems integrators for successful implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure.

What You'll Need

• Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Engineering, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), or related discipline.
• Direct experience configuring network and security equipment.
• Strong people skills with an ability to build rapport and consensus at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills.
• Collaborator with qualities of self-motivation, creativity, drive, assertiveness, and analytical thinking.
• Professional and technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDP, ITIL, PMP, CITPM, or equivalent will be advantageous.
• An inquiring mind to proactively identify potential cyber threats and develop action/mitigation plans.
