The Problem

80% of clean energy projects that developers start never actually get built because most projects are started without deep due diligence on zoning and interconnection due to the cost of collecting that data. This means $17B worth of canceled projects per year.

Our Solution

Paces is software for green infrastructure developers to identify the best places to build and manage their projects. First we collect environmental, permitting, zoning, energy grid data from various different sources; then we analyze the data and use AI to identify the best places for developers to build their next projects.

🏆 What You’ll Achieve

• Lead the effort on scale up the existing system to the next level
• Have full ownership of projects, directly work with end users and iterate
• Collaborate closely with the founders and product team to directly impact roadmap
  
  

📈 Requirements

• 1 yr+ hands on experience developing AI applications with LLMs and systems such as retrieval-based methods, fine-tuning, or agent-based architectures
• 1 yr+ experience with AI frameworks like Langchain, Llama Index, OpenAI, or similar tools.
• Proficient with Python, SQL.
• Ability to prototype, experiment, and iterate quickly to improve AI agents.

• 150K - 200K annual compensation
