Just graduated? Love a good spreadsheet? Curious how businesses make big decisions using data? This role is for you.

We’re hiring 2–3 entry-level Data Analysts to join our new data team at ExperINS — a fast-growing benefits consulting firm. You’ll work behind the scenes to collect, organize, and present data that helps companies take care of their people. You’ll learn how benefits work, how to use tools like Excel and PowerPoint in the real world, and how to spot patterns that make a difference.

No boring busywork here — this is hands-on, fast-paced, and built for someone who wants to learn and grow.

 🔧 What You’ll Do

We’ll teach you the ropes — and you’ll hit the ground running.

- Dive into messy data and bring structure using Excel (functions, formulas, formatting)

- Build spreadsheets that compare costs, coverage, and savings

- Create PowerPoint slides that tell a clear story for clients

- Support our team during new client onboarding and renewals

- Spot trends, clean up errors, and keep data flowing smoothly

- Work with our team to write playbooks and streamline processes

 ✅ What We’re Looking For

We care more about attitude and potential than your major — but here’s what helps:

- A college degree (Business, Finance, Data, or anything analytical is great — but all majors welcome)

- You know your way around Excel (SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, IF statements, and basic data cleaning)

- You’re organized, sharp, and detail-obsessed

- You like solving problems and figuring things out

- You’re a team player who asks good questions

- You take your work seriously — but not yourself 😎
